adding basic hardcoded log inspector

Adding Basic hard coded log inspector, current the logs are accessed by opening a url in another tab. See the screen shot below:

Required changes:

• make this component take a state/data from session selector and job table to interactivity display and select a particular log from a workflow
• then add a state for which log within a job/workflow was chosen
• use a fetch to then show the log within the Imaginghub

Just one small thing with an import that I think may not be needed, otherwise looks good!
