This marks the first commit of the pgdp.net-specific production hacks. Update the README to indicate that this branch should not be merged into master.
And quell (correct) PHPStan warning (DistributedProofreaders#1087)
The dp_branding directory is outside the `/c` directory structure. Add it to the pgdp-production branch as a local hack so that it is available on both PROD and TEST, and can be updated in both places as part of the code deployment process and not have someone have to remember to make sure to update both places when updates are made.
In pgdp-production, users must first pass a quiz and request access before they can proofreading in P1. We also need to skip ProjectTest::test_can_be_proofed_available as it no longer passes with this update.
GM request -- update the introductory information for the specialized quizzes explicitly stating that they are not required.
The GM requested that the paragraph concerning volunteer service verification be expanded and updated. The original para has been removed from `master`. This PR adds the expanded para into the `pgdp-production` branch.
This completes the move of the acces change emails from `master` to `pgdp-production`.
Allow Project Gutenberg's pg-automation account to view clearances.
PROD has already been hotfixed; this PR is to get the change into the site-specific code.
As requested by GM, update newcomer reserve to 14 days.
Don't encourage users to apply for F2 and P3 as those require more handholding and review.
