feat(cli): ask for a command's MFA touch before its process starts - #189
run and exec collected their MFA proof just before the exec. After the PIN (often entered in the script review dialog) there was a wait of about five seconds while the process started, and only then the touch prompt.
The WebAuthn challenge isn't tied to the process, so newProcessClient now collects the proof before anything goes to the rack, and the touch comes straight after the PIN. The proof still goes only with the one request that runs the command (the exec, or a detached run's process start). convox run's placeholder start and the waits around the exec carry none, as before.
A process starts in seconds, well within a WebAuthn challenge's five minutes and a TOTP code's 30 seconds or more. The terminal raw-mode handling that the late prompt needed is removed.
TestProcessClientSignsWithTheReviewPINBeforeTheProcessStarts checks that the key is used before any request reaches the rack. Putting back lazy collection fails it.
setupProcessCommand answers the now-earlier MFA prompt with --mfa-code and restores it after the test.
Docs: the CLI AGENTS.md, the MFA verification page and the commands page say when run asks for MFA.
CLI only: the gateway doesn't change.

Documentation
Clarified that MFA verification and security-key touch happen before a process starts, with proof sent when the command begins.
Updated command-flow guidance to distinguish placeholder starts and waits from commands that require proof.
Bug Fixes
MFA proof is now collected before command requests are sent, avoiding prompts after process startup.
run and exec collected their MFA proof just before the exec, so after the
PIN (often entered in the script review dialog) came a wait of about five
seconds while the process started, then the touch. The proof isn't tied to
the process, so newProcessClient now collects it before anything goes to
the rack: the touch follows the PIN at once. It still goes with the one
request that runs the command (the exec, or a detached run's start); the
placeholder start and the waits carry none. A process starts in seconds,
well within a WebAuthn challenge's five minutes and a TOTP code's 30
seconds or more, so the terminal raw-mode juggling the late prompt needed
goes too.

The process client now collects MFA proof during construction and sends it with non-placeholder run or exec requests. Placeholder runs continue to use the base client. Tests and CLI documentation reflect the updated timing.

Summary
Collect proof before process requests internal/cli/convox_process_client.go, internal/cli/convox_process_client_test.go
newProcessClient collects MFA proof and stores a proof-authenticated client. Non-placeholder run and exec calls use that client; placeholder runs continue to use the base client. The tests check that proof collection occurs before rack requests.
Update CLI tests and timing documentation internal/cli/convox_process_command_test.go, internal/cli/convox_processes_test.go, internal/cli/AGENTS.md, docs/src/content/docs/user-guide/cli/*
The shared command-test helper sets and restores the MFA code. The CLI documentation describes MFA collection before startup and proof submission with the process start.
An attached run can fail if startup or waiting outlasts its MFA proof, so expiry handling should be resolved before merge. The detached-run documentation should also describe when proof is sent.

A rabbit taps the key before the run, The proof waits ready till the start is done. The rack hears nothing while prompts are near, Then run and exec send proof clear. The burrow tests keep timing right, And docs now tell the sequence bright.
