fix(cli): take turns with the security key across commands - #190
Two rack-gateway commands using the security key at the same time (for example two AI agents each running a command
that needs MFA) both fail. The key answers one command at a time, so libfido2 reports rx error or unsupported option to the other, after the person has already entered both PINs and touched the key. The person
also can't tell which touch belongs to which command.
Change
Every command holds an exclusive lock while it uses the security key: from its PIN dialog to its touch
(GetAssertionWithCachedPIN), and around CheckPIN and SingleKeyHasPIN, which the script review dialog uses.
None of these calls another, so a process never waits on its own lock.
The lock file is security-key.lock under the user's cache directory (os.UserCacheDir()), which every command
shares. An agent session can have its own TMPDIR, so a temp-dir lock wouldn't make commands take turns. The
operating system releases the lock when a command exits, so a crashed command never leaves one behind.
A command that has to wait prints Waiting for another rack-gateway command to finish with the security key....
The flock / LockFileEx helpers move from the config lock into a small internal/cli/filelock package, which the
config lock now uses too.
Tests
filelock: a second lock waits, says so, and takes the lock once the first is released.
webauthn: the assertion, the PIN check and the PIN query each wait while another command holds the lock. The
test replaces opening devices, so it never touches a real key. It fails when the lock is removed from CheckPIN.

New Features
Concurrent CLI commands now take turns using the security key. Waiting commands show a message and request a PIN or key touch when it’s their turn.
Bug Fixes
Security-key operations and configuration access now wait for existing operations to finish, reducing conflicts when commands run concurrently.
Two rack-gateway commands using the security key at once (two AI agents each running a command) both failed:
the key answers one at a time, and libfido2 reported "rx error" or "unsupported option" to the other, after the
person had entered both PINs and touched the key. The person also couldn't tell which touch was for which command.
Every command now holds a lock while it uses the key: from its PIN dialog to its touch, and around the PIN check
in the script review dialog. The lock file is in the user's cache directory, which every command shares (an agent
session can have a TMPDIR of its own), and the operating system releases it when a command exits. A command that
has to wait says so. The config file lock moves onto the same filelock package.

Walkthrough
The CLI now uses a shared cross-platform file-lock package for config locks and WebAuthn security-key operations. WebAuthn assertion and PIN operations wait for the shared lock, and the documentation describes the waiting behavior.
Adds a shared lock around assertion and PIN operations. Tests check that these operations wait while the lock is held. The documentation describes the waiting message and when the waiting command requests a PIN and touch.

DocSpring/rack-gateway#186: Adds the PIN-check and device-opening functions that this change wraps with the security-key lock.
Merge Risk: Low · up to da3bf
Commands normally share the security-key lock, but commands without a configured home or cache directory can still contend for the key if they use different temporary directories. Fix that fallback and the two test failure paths before merging, or explicitly accept the bounded risk.

are sent to the test goroutine through a buffered error channel instead of
calling require.NoError inside the helper goroutine. Handle errors while waiting

query" worker callback with an error return when `SingleKeyHasPIN()` is true, so
the worker can send its result on `done` and the test goroutine can report the

reported.

os.UserCacheDir() fails instead of falling back to os.TempDir(), and update
withKeyLock to propagate that error before attempting to acquire the lock.
Preserve the shared cache-directory lock path when cache lookup succeeds.

…t test goroutine failures
Without a user cache directory (no HOME), the security key lock fell back to the temporary directory, which each
agent session can have its own of, so commands would have used the key at once again. That is an error now. The
lock tests report a failure in their goroutine instead of hanging on a channel.
