Every constraint is a floating range (cmake>=4.3, cxx-compiler, openmpi, matplotlib all unbounded). Issues #1 and #2 are both drift — the file didn't change, the solver's answer did. Without a lock file these will keep recurring on a schedule nobody controls.
Fix: generate a conda-lock file for linux-64 and have CI and the Sol installer build from the lock, keeping environment.yml as the human-editable source.
