Update on demand notes

Description of changes

Add a hint to the documentation on viewing in OnDemand to help give guidance to prevent going down the "session-id" where you can't view the documentation. Also add a link to the new CISL OnDemand documentation.

Oh that's weird. I did a rebase from master to move it back to b4b-dev. So I might not have pushed that.

I'll figure it out.

@samsrabin I figured it out, I needed to do a force push. Now it's correct.
