fix(ui): improve mobile AI analyst form

Summary

Improved the AI Analyst and Lock-In Strategy form for mobile and tablet layouts.

Changes

• Prevented Entry, Target, and Stop Loss fields from clipping on small screens
• Improved responsive layout behavior for the Lock-In Strategy form
• Kept the Lock In Strategy button full width
• Improved spacing and sizing across 360px, 390px, and 768px viewports
• Updated Trading Style and Risk Profile dropdown behavior so menus remain visible on mobile
• Improved dropdown positioning to avoid clipping inside the AI Analyst panel

Testing

Tested manually in Chrome DevTools at:

• 360px
• 390px
• 768px

Verified:

• Entry, Target, and Stop Loss remain fully visible
• No unwanted horizontal clipping occurs
• Lock In Strategy button remains full width
• Trading Style and Risk Profile dropdowns remain usable on small screens
• AI Analyst layout remains contained within the viewport
• npm run build passes successfully

Thanks @jonathanprogram2 for working on the mobile responsiveness for the AI Analyst form! The layout and dropdown positioning look much better.

However, it looks like some local testing/mock variables were accidentally left in:

1. mockInsight / testInsight / testCurrentPrice in frontend/src/components/AIAnalyst.tsx (lines 58–68, 762):
   • testInsight causes the results card to always render with mock 72% Bullish data even before an analysis is triggered.
   • Please remove mockInsight, testInsight, and testCurrentPrice, and revert the condition back to {insight && !loadingInsight && ( using the real insight and currentPrice props.
2. Duplicate CSS in frontend/src/App.css:
   • The .insight-panel, .ai-analyst-content ... selector block is duplicated twice in the media query.

Once those debugging leftovers are removed, this will be good to merge! 🚀
