Scope H@H client-list font fallback to translated table content

The H@H client list could render translated Chinese and original English with different fallback fonts, causing mixed-language rows to sit off the same baseline and look visually uneven. This change narrows the fix to the translated client list itself instead of changing typography for the full page.

• Problem

  • On hentaiathome.php, the translated client table mixes Chinese and English in the same row.
  • The page’s inherited font stack falls back differently for CJK glyphs, which shifts alignment in the client list.

• Change

  • Add a page-specific style hook in the shared syringe injector for hentaiathome.php.
  • Inject a sans-serif font override only for the H@H client list table (#hct).
  • Enable the override only while UI translation is on, and remove it otherwise.

• Scope

  • Targets the affected client list layout without resetting fonts for the rest of the H@H page.
  • Avoids touching unrelated sections such as download/hash blocks with their own font styling.
