Summary

The headless tests for Codex, Grok, Qoder and WorkBuddy each use a fresh Proxy. A detached report worker from a preceding test can finish without changing the headless test's request count.

Evidence

• The shared-fixture run on fix: retry local evidence recording after Hub delivery #24 failed when a detached worker added one request after the test took its baseline.
• The same isolation passed the Node 22 and 26 suites on fix: retry local evidence recording after Hub delivery #24. Assertions and test timeouts are unchanged.
