Adds the new Subscription Agreement v1.6 as a handbook page with its HubSpot form, marks v1.5 as superseded (noindex, kept only for existing contract links), and repoints internal/public links from v1.5 to v1.6.

…ise is a purchasable upgrade v1.6 of the Subscription Agreement dropped the SLA table (support tier details now live in the Quote), so engineering/support pages and the pricing FAQ pointed at a page with no SLA info anymore. Point them at Customer Success's SLA section instead, and correct it to reflect that every paying customer gets Standard Support by default, with Enterprise as a negotiable upgrade rather than a fixed product-tier mapping.
