Archived project remains locked despite having an available active project slot #7498

Description

@elmerisml

Can we access your project?

  • I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.

Current Behavior

My Qles project is archived and remains locked even though I currently have only one active project and therefore should have an available project slot on the Free plan.

Qles is also my most recently edited archived project. However, it remains locked and only shows "Upgrade to Basic". When I open the three-dot menu for the project, there is no "Restore" or "Unarchive" option. The only options available are "Copy Project ID" and "Delete Project".

I previously contacted FlutterFlow Support about this issue. I was told that the most recently edited archived project should become available when an active project slot is freed, but this has not happened.

Expected Behavior

Since I currently have only one active project and Qles is my most recently edited archived project, I expect Qles to become available for editing and use the available project slot on my Free plan. I should be able to restore/unarchive Qles instead of it remaining locked and showing “Upgrade to Basic”.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to my FlutterFlow account on the Free plan.
  2. Open the Projects dashboard.
  3. Confirm that there is only one active project, meaning one project slot should be available.
  4. Change the project filter to “Archived Projects”.
  5. Find the Qles project, which is my most recently edited archived project.
  6. Qles still appears locked and shows “Upgrade to Basic”.
  7. Open the three-dot menu on Qles.
  8. There is no “Restore” or “Unarchive” option. The only available options are “Copy Project ID” and “Delete Project”.
  9. Therefore, I am unable to restore or edit Qles despite having an available project slot.

Reproducible from Blank

  • The steps to reproduce above start from a blank project.

Additional Information

Qles is an important project that I am actively developing, but this issue currently prevents me from accessing or continuing development of the project.

I have already freed an active project slot specifically to regain access to Qles, but the project remains locked. I have also contacted FlutterFlow Support and followed the troubleshooting steps provided, but the issue is still unresolved.

I would like to regain access to the original Qles project so I can continue working on it without having to upgrade solely to unlock a project that should fit within my available Free plan project slots.
