Issue with splitscreen mod: Can't click "Resume Game" on the second instance

Hi everyone,
​I'm having an issue with the splitscreen mod. Both instances of the game launch perfectly fine, but on the second instance, I cannot click on the "Resume Game" button (it seems unclickable/unresponsive).
​Interestingly, all the other buttons in the menu work perfectly fine on both instances, it's only this specific button that is locked or unclickable.
​Has anyone encountered this bug before? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Yes I have this bug now as well. Second instance cannot click resume game

TLDR - try setting pauseOnLostFocus to false in the options.txt for each instance of minecraft (my path was ~/.local/share/PolyMC/instances/<individual-player-instance-name>/.minecraft/options.txt)

I have this same problem and I don't think it's actually anything to do with the deck compatibility or this repo's scripting.

I'm not 100% confident so take what I'm about to say with a pinch of salt but I was searching for a fix for this and decided to have a browse in the actual splitscreen mod comments/discord server and found several people reporting the same issue even when using this natively on PC and the general fix consensus seemed to be disabling loss of focus which is normally done through the F3+P shortcut - since this isn't really viable on the deck I hunted what the equivalent option was and set it manually for each players game instance options.

From my minimal testing it seems to work fine but I haven't actually tried playing properly for a normal session but I could pause both instances and go back to game just fine with no issues seemingly so fingers crossed this is a working method 🤞
