Closes #100.

The Fedora test job installs mod-host from the FreeMixer channel (checked against the floor the spec names for mod-host-protocol) and runs the LV2 steps of test-jack against it: mod-host's scenario corpus through the daemon with an LV2 worker, and the own-worker test that kills the worker and reads a parameter back. The step fails if either LV2 test did not run, and make sabotage runs with the LV2 variables set so its LV2 entries run too. The 'NOT run here' line is gone.

The bundle is the fixture already in the tree. It gains a stereo gain, urn:plugin-hostd:test:stereo, because the LV2 steps drive a stereo effect. It is copied into a directory of its own for LV2_DIR: with the whole tests/ directory as the world, mod-host's second worker failed to start (resp -503).

Sabotage, run by hand against the packaged mod-host 0.10.6.f14a230-11.1.fmx: mod-host replaced by false, and LV2_PARAM renamed, both turn the LV2 steps red. A new sabotage entry (parameter writes not replayed to the respawned mod-host) is caught by the own-worker test.

The JACK2 job keeps its line: it still builds only mod-host's protocol library.

The test job installs mod-host from the FreeMixer channel and runs the LV2 steps of
test-jack against it: mod-host's scenario corpus through the daemon with an LV2 worker,
and the own-worker test that kills the worker and reads a parameter back. The bundle is
the fixture of this repository, now with a stereo gain (urn:plugin-hostd:test:stereo),
copied into a world of its own. The step fails when either LV2 test did not run or an LV2
sabotage was skipped. One more sabotage breaks the replay of parameter writes to a
respawned mod-host.
