plugin-hostd (0.13.0) unstable; urgency=medium

* A configured state_root that does not exist is made at start, as the
directories below it already were; an add no longer answers -503 over a
missing directory (#180).
* plugin-hostd-tests ships one protocol client for shell and Python tests,
lib/protocol.sh and lib/plugin_hostd_client.py, and the harness and the
verbs test use it (#177).
* bench/: a harness that runs the same plugins under omx-clap-host, under
plugin-hostd, under mod-host and under jalv, and writes omx-bench/1
documents; plan and pool modes, xruns, latency, stress and repeats with
their spread (#188).
* plugin_hostd_vocabulary.h is rendered by omx-contract 3.4.0, which writes
a reply code's number as an OMX_..._RESP define; the build needs
libomx-contract-dev 3.4.0 or newer and its check stage the omx-contract
command.
