CI's RPM file-list step now asserts the tests package requires exactly plugin-hostd() = - (isa from the matrix arch, version-release read from the rpm itself) instead of any line starting with plugin-hostd. The tests package description in the spec and debian/control no longer says it is of no use to anyone else.

Tested: the new grep checked in a shell against a matching requirement (green), the old '>=' form (red) and a different release (red); the workflow parses as YAML. rpmbuild is not installed on this host, so the step itself runs only in CI. No sabotage of the real package was possible here.

Closes #43

Its change is on main through the combined release #102 (merged 1f3b1a8, which took this PR at a232c9b). The later head ed00cb9 only merges main into the branch, so I'm closing this as merged by #102.
