plugin-hostd-probe measures LV2 plugins through lv2_measure, a pin whose verdict is refused refuses the add with PIN_REFUSED (-516), a plugin the LV2 adapter refused under auto gets a worker of its own, and a worker whose feedback the relay cannot follow is not started. No dependency changes.

Release commit for 0.5.0: the version moves to 0.5.0 in the spec, debian/changelog, src/main.c and both manual pages, and both changelogs say what the release brings since 0.4.0 (#66 #69 #71 #76). No dependency changes.
