fix: retry cleanup of leaked VM disks - #125

- Handle task warnings and inspect Proxmox task logs - Retry removal of disks left behind after VM deletion
- Treat error-state VMs missing from Proxmox as stale deletions - Allow their records to be cleaned up during VM lookup
