Goal

The thread and mention lists kept the previous user's data after a logout or a switch to another user. The thread list also stopped working altogether: it never reloaded for the next user.

Part of AND-1667. Stacked on #6861.

Implementation

• ThreadListController and MentionListController (shared by Compose and XML) reset when the user session ends, using userSessionEnds() from Clear the channel list and message search when the user logs out or another user connects #6861, and reload once the next user is connected.
• The thread list controller ran in the client's per-user scope, which disconnect cancels. It now has its own scope, cancelled by the view models through a new close(), and runs one task at a time so the reset can't land after the next user's threads.
• The mention list handles each result inside a cancellable step, so a result from a session that ended isn't added to the reset list.
• New internal ClientState.awaitConnectedUser(), used by the mention list and SearchViewModel, which now report an error instead of crashing when no user is connected.

Testing

• ThreadListControllerTest and MentionListControllerTest cover a logout, a switch, the same user reconnecting, a mention result in flight at logout, no connected user, and close().
• On an emulator, in the Compose sample's Threads tab: the previous user's 10 threads clear at logout and the next user's 9 threads load. On develop, the previous user's 10 threads stayed after the switch.
