Adds historical source anchors for the seven remaining semantically reviewed AWS exclusions: AppSync, CodeArtifact, CodeCommit, two MWAA token routes, and two PCA Connector AD routes. Each remains excluded because its exact execution, consumer, or controlled identity witness is missing. No active technique changes.\n\nValidation: 7/7 exact source-to-exclusion assertions, privilege escalation path validator (296 files, 685 techniques, 3777 exclusions), and git diff --check.
