Progress RPG helps people — especially those with ADHD — start and finish real-world tasks with structured support.
It’s not a traditional productivity app. It’s designed to reduce friction at the exact moments people get stuck: starting, continuing, and completing things.
Progress RPG provides:
- Guided task starts (with timers and structure)
- Support flows when you get stuck
- Activity tracking and visible progress
- Systems designed to help you follow through, not just plan
The focus is simple:
Help you actually do the thing — not just think about it.
A lot of tools assume:
- You can start easily
- You’ll follow through
- More features = better outcomes
That’s often not true — especially for people with ADHD.
Progress RPG is built around a different idea:
Progress comes from support at the right moment, not more complexity.
🚧 MVP (Active Development)
The core system is functional and evolving quickly. Expect rough edges, changing flows, and ongoing refinement.
Some features may be intentionally simplified or handled in “concierge” ways while the core experience is being validated.

Progress RPG is part of Making Progress — a broader mission to help people (especially those with ADHD) start things, follow through, and build meaningful progress in their lives.
- Starting matters more than planning
- Finishing matters more than tracking
- Progress > perfection
If you try the app, I’d genuinely like to know:
- Where do you get stuck?
- What feels helpful?
- What feels confusing or unnecessary?
Even rough impressions are useful.
Thanks for checking it out.
