Removed deepseek-v4-flash, deepseek-v4-flash-vision-exp, mistral-large-2512, zai-glm-5-2, and o3-pro models from their respective provider lists as they are no longer supported on the live endpoints.

Closes #3902. Removed deprecated models \deepseek-v4-flash, \mistral-large-2512, \zai-glm-5-2, and \o3-pro\ from their respective provider lists as they are no longer supported on the live endpoints. Also replaced references to these models in test files.
