Adds the standard MIT license for project software, with copyright attributed to Truong-Son Hy (2026). Declares the license in Python package and citation metadata and updates the README. Separate dataset, pretrained model and artifact terms remain applicable; Phikon weights remain private.
Validation: setuptools configuration accepts the license declaration; license file exists; git diff --check passes. Manuscripts, supplementary materials, scientific results and release assets are unchanged.
