The public checkout cannot reproduce the existing numerical appendix without the original saved runs. This adds the five archived run inputs and exports the three tables' statistics and five figure panels using saved arrays only, without training, dynamics integration, or checkpoint loading.

  • Bundle unchanged configurations, metrics, trajectory/kernel arrays, and five historical reference PDFs (about 17 MB), selected by a SHA-256 manifest.
  • Add saved-array exporters, input validation, numerical checks, export provenance, and reproduction instructions linked from the README.
  • Preserve existing training behavior. The newer numerical studies, robustness experiments, checkpoints, training histories, and manuscript sources are excluded.

Validation:

  • 60 focused tests passed, including a regression check against the bundled appendix results.
  • Export from the isolated checkout passed 131 numerical checks; the archived results agree with the appendix's rounded statistics.
  • All five regenerated panels matched the historical renders pixel-for-pixel at 100 dpi in the tested environment.
  • git diff --check passed.

The noisy archive contains ensemble means and quantiles rather than individual paths. The panel and reported mean order parameter are reproducible; the every-path terminal-winding statement remains independently unverifiable from the retained files. No manuscript wording is changed.
