Integrate Permutive Support for Publishers #57

Permutive is a privacy-focused audience platform for publishers to understand, segment, and monetize their audiences while respecting user privacy. It uses on-device processing to analyze and anonymize data, allowing publishers to create targeted advertising opportunities with their first-party data without exposing personal information.

Some of our initial pub partners depend on permutive segments so we need to ensure Trusted Server will behave seamlessly with pubs using Permutive, even while any server-side API support from Permutive is unclear on necessity or motivation from provider.
