As a publisher I need the ability to apply basic HTTP authentication to private endpoints #73

Some publishers have expressed concern about crawlers, access, and indexing to Trusted Server test sites, so we need an easy way to prevent this to give them confidence to test Trusted Server powered versions of their sites.
