magnus 0.8.2 does not compile against Ruby 4.1 (ruby-head), whose rb_data_type_t gained handle_weak_references. magnus 0.8.3 and later cope with it; the update also takes rb-sys-env 0.2.3, which knows Ruby 4.1. Cargo.lock only; tests pass on Ruby 4.0.7 and 4.1.0dev.

tiktoken_ruby 0.0.17 and
maindon't compile against Ruby 4.1 (ruby-head). magnus 0.8.2 fails with:magnus 0.8.3 and later handle the new field. This updates Cargo.lock only: magnus 0.8.2 → 0.8.4, plus rb-sys-env 0.2.2 → 0.2.3, which knows Ruby 4.1.
bundle exec rake compile && bundle exec rspecgives 72 examples, 0 failures on Ruby 4.0.7 and on 4.1.0dev (b51db981f6).
