The current description of Glycerine Workbench covers only its annotation tools. Glycerine Workbench is a hosted IIIF platform: it serves images through an IIIF Image API 3.0 image server, generates IIIF Presentation API 3.0 manifests, and supports collaborative annotation and publishing. This PR updates the description to cover the whole platform, and brings the entry into the Name - description format the rest of the list uses.
