| The Html component does not employ any other ILIAS components that handle personal data. It is itself used as a dependency by the [Forum](../Forum/PRIVACY.md) component (for forum post sanitization) and by the Assessment/Test component (for user solution sanitization), but personal data handling resides entirely within those consumer components. |

IMO we should not refer to concrete consumers here. We should rather write something like:
It can be and is used as a dependency by other components (sanitization purposes), but personal data handling resides entirely within those consumer components.

@selyesa If you have time to address my feedback today, that would be great. I would then merge the PR so that it can still be included in ILIAS 12.

Remove references to concrete consumer components based on review feedback.
Fix paragraph accidentally replaced in the previous commit.
