Adds a `release-*` push trigger to `Tests.yml` so pushes to this release branch run the test suite. A push runs this branch's own copy of the workflow, so widening the filter on `main` does not cover it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
