Raises `VectorInterface` to `0.6`. The old cap was quietly holding us at `TensorKit` 0.17.0, since 0.17.1 requires `VectorInterface` 0.6. `VectorInterface` 0.6 changes no API, so nothing in the source moves. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
