将 Python 中代表 InKCre 应用与运行参与者的旧 Client 命名统一为 App / Peer，避免把 Web App 描述成固定的服务端从属角色。
改动与兼容
client-web-development改为web-development，生产 profile 的展示名从client-web改为web；两处 UUID 保持不变。Peers → Config。Memos、DAV、HTTP、OAuth、IMAP、数据库和第三方 SDK 的真实 client 术语保留。CLIENT_*变量的兼容逻辑保持原值，不改认证、协议字段或存量用户命名。inkcre_core/变更属于 Core 发布项目，SDK 单独变更也会触发既有 fragment 检查；没有放宽发布规则。旧开发库可沿正常
db:init --profile development收敛，或在开发 readiness 检查前执行pdm run db:seed-dev更新既有规范种子。无需重置数据库、迁移业务信息或替换 Peer 身份；生产展示名只更新已提交 profile，不自动重命名用户已保存的 Peer。受影响发布项目为
inkcre-core，已有 Towncrier fragment。Memos 仅更新发布文档，不改 wheel 行为。验证
git diff --check通过。4314c2f对父提交0867de6的真实check:releases发布意图检查通过，作为 SDK 发布归属修复的证据；当前有效源码、配置和本地文档已扫描角色命名残留。邻近 Kotlin 仓库只读检查的 35 处 client 命中均属于 OkHttp、OSS 等协议或第三方 SDK 语义，没有产品角色迁移需要，因此未改 Kotlin 或创建空 PR。
