Dependency resolution is looking for a library compatible with JVM runtime version 21, but 'io.papermc.paper:paper-api:26.1.2.build.63-stable' is only compatible with JVM runtime version 25 or newer.

Don't we already run on Java 25 since d0ad6e7 @SirYwell ?

We do, but we still target Java 21 to still be compatible with older versions. I'm not sure if there's an override to suppress this check, otherwise it might make sense to update the API only when we need it.

It might also make sense to find out which Paper versions ship with which ASM version to figure out what the lower bound would be if we target Java 25.
