docs: add IvorySQL 5 DBeaver adaptation guide

• add bilingual connection instructions for DBeaver Community 26.2.0 and IvorySQL 5
• cover PostgreSQL-compatible and Oracle-compatible port configurations
• document metadata browsing, SQL editing, DDL/DML, transactions, and execution plans
• describe compatibility-mode behavior and production safety considerations
• add DBeaver to both navigation files and ecosystem overview tables

Validation

Validated with DBeaver Community 26.2.0, PostgreSQL JDBC 42.7.13, and IvorySQL 5.4 / PostgreSQL 18.4:

• DBeaver Main, Metadata, and SQLEditor sessions connected successfully
• table metadata discovery and UTF-8 rows — passed
• DDL, DML, transaction rollback, and EXPLAIN — passed
• PostgreSQL JDBC connection to the Oracle-compatible port — passed
• Oracle NUMBER/VARCHAR2 DDL, DML, SELECT FROM dual, and rollback — passed
