• Egret — Outbound network monitoring and policy control for Linux: names the process behind every socket, checks whether that binary came from your package manager, and matches ordered allow/deny rules against it. FastAPI + React, with a C++/Qt6 tray client. Observe-only for now. 🚧
• Llama Menu — macOS menu bar control for local llama.cpp — runs GGUF models at the largest context your Mac can actually hold, sized from real GGUF metadata.
