The console label for the revision section is inaccurate (“Revision Notes”) while printing RevisionNumber, which will confuse users reading the output.

Pull request overview
Updates the CLI output formatting so generated blog results are easier to scan when printed to the console.
Changes:
- Added banner-style section headers for the Draft and Review Notes output.
- Added extra separator/newlines around the results block for improved readability.
- Updated the revision output line to use a banner header (but currently labels it as “Revision Notes” while printing a number).
