Update allowed versions of Statsfuns #29

Description

@dmbates

If I look at the package status for the main branch of MixedModels.jl it seems that MixedModelsSerialization.jl constrains the version of StatsFuns.jl which, in turn constrains the version of LogExpFunctions.jl.

(MixedModels) pkg> st -o -m
Project MixedModels v5.8.3
Status `~/.julia/dev/MixedModels/Manifest-v1.12.toml`
⌃ [f6369f11] ForwardDiff v1.4.1 (<v1.4.5)
⌃ [a0844989] Gamma v1.1.0 (<v1.2.0)
⌅ [2ab3a3ac] LogExpFunctions v0.3.29 (<v1.0.1): StatsFuns
⌅ [bac558e1] OrderedCollections v1.8.2 (<v2.0.1): NamedArrays
⌅ [4c63d2b9] StatsFuns v1.5.2 (<v2.2.1): MixedModelsSerialization
⌅ [354b36f9] StringViews v1.3.7 (<v2.0.1): Arrow

However, if I dev MixedModelsSerialization.jl by itself then it uses the most recent version of StatsFuns.jl (v2.2.1).

(MixedModelsSerialization) pkg> st
Project MixedModelsSerialization v0.2.1
Status `~/.julia/dev/MixedModelsSerialization/Project.toml`
  [38e38edf] GLM v1.9.5
  [033835bb] JLD2 v0.6.5
  [ff71e718] MixedModels v5.8.3
  [82ae8749] StatsAPI v1.8.0
  [2913bbd2] StatsBase v0.34.12
  [4c63d2b9] StatsFuns v2.2.1
  [3eaba693] StatsModels v0.7.10
  [37e2e46d] LinearAlgebra v1.12.0
  [2f01184e] SparseArrays v1.12.0

I would like to get rid of the constraints on packages from MixedModels.jl but I am not sure how to go about it. Any ideas @palday ?
