Summary
Adds a class and tests to store an array of Post ID => relative URLs of Pages, Posts and Custom Posts that have the Member Content functionality enabled.
This will be used to automatically configure caching Plugins to not cache Member Content pages, which need caching disabled in order to determine whether to display member-only content or visitor content - for example, #1140
