[Feature]: Ability to create individual work spaces

What would you like?

As a dedicated user of UpNote, I have been exploring the possibility of importing my data into your app. However, I noticed that your application currently does not support the feature of separate spaces, which is something I find particularly beneficial in UpNote. This feature allows me to maintain a distinct workspace for my professional tasks while keeping my personal notes separate and easily accessible on my personal device. I hope you would consider this feature. Thanks

What problem does it solve?

While folders are an alternative solution for organizing files, they often fall short in terms of efficiency and user-friendliness. Folders can become cluttered and difficult to navigate, especially when dealing with a large volume of complex projects altogether. This can lead to wasted time and frustration as users search for the specific information they need.

I also enjoyed that feature of Upnote. Idk if these two requests are the same, #332 but if they are seems unlikely to happen.

I like the idea and thought about proposing it also. I saw several people on different platforms talking about it.
The post #332 refers to different accounts linkend within the same app, which is not possible.
But having two spaces within the app could be still possible. I thought about different solutions, maybe one of them (or another) will get interest into the devlopment team.

1. Could be kind of supra-filters :
   Within the same account, you can switch from one space to another, and maybe in the background, there is an invisible "space-1" "space-2" added before tags/folders/ids. User don’t see it so UI is clean but the app knows what to show depending on which space you are.
   This way everything is under the same account, with same degree of protection and no compromise. But, you can navigate from one space or another.

2. Allow another window to open for a second instance of the app.
   In Joplin, you can "Open secondary app instance".

This is a complete independant app where you can add another account. You have to first launch Joplin main app and then open the secondary app. So, no link between the two spaces, but you can have them side by side while avoiding a double installation of the app (which would be very unstable).
