Update dev to 3.14.5

Purpose: Prepare for updating dev to version 3.14.5

With this PR, we are preparing for the next update to dev.

Reasons

There were a few modifications to OmnipodKit that were developed in OmnipodKit next-dev that we missed when backporting the ble-heartbeat method to OmnipodKit when we merged the update to 3.14.4.

• The Pod Keep Alive code was cleaned up with these consequences:
  • For a new build v3.14.5 or later, Pod Keep Alive is Disabled and must be modified if you want it
  • If you select a different pod type, the default for PKA is alway disabled

EversenseKit was updated

We also plan to bring in recent translations from lokalise.

Method

Collect updates to dev branch in this update_dev_to_3.14.5 branch

• When ready and approved, this PR will be merged into dev as version 3.14.5

The Details section of this PR will be updated with each commit added to this PR.
Before each commit is pushed, the build is tested locally with Xcode.

• Bump version to 3.14.5
• Update OmnipodKit to point to the main branch which now contains the ble-heartbeat method for Bluetooth connection
  • Improve the Pod Keep Alive code for handing iPhone 16/17e phones for Atlas DASH Pods PR 142
  • Improve the reconciliation when a Fault occurs during a bolus PR 144
  • Update iOS phone deployment to 17.6
• Update circleci configuration for automated testing
• Fix a simulator-only problem in OmnipodKit that prevented tests from running
• Update EversenseKit
  • Prepare for US vs Outside US login
  • Make sure you select one or the other before entering your credentials
• Update LoopKit: fixes an intermittent issue with automated tests
• Update MedtrumKit: a number of bluetooth and reconnect fixes, some localization
• Update EversenseKit
  • Fixes the UI glitch from previous update, when adding the CGM, you can enter credentials and select zone later (with US as the default)
