style(web): polish onboarding from the first screen to the top bar checklist - #2015
A polish pass over every onboarding screen, from naming the org to the top bar checklist.
Full-screen flow
Create org now uses the quick start's column width, header and title size, so the logo and divider no longer jump when it hands off. The name tile and preview are neutral (amber only on the button), the fake window dots are gone, and the input matches its tile's height at every width.
Region: display-font title, no second mascot or "Before you start" eyebrow, a real arrow icon, centered Continue. The selected card no longer turns the US region's red (it read as an error); the region colour stays on the residency dot. optionCard's accent/checkClassName options were only used for that, so they are removed.
Plan: the title is the trial ("Start your 14-day free trial") instead of an eyebrow and title both saying "Pick a plan". Enterprise is a neutral card, so it no longer outshouts the plan on offer.
Stack: an honest empty state in the preview, and Google Cloud / Prometheus descriptions that fit without truncating.
Connect: shorter lede; the SDK icon strip and footer hint are hidden on phones, where the hint wrapped to four lines between the buttons.
Team: the tools list sat directly in the step column, so the column's side padding landed inside its border and the box bled to the panel edge. It is wrapped now. Rows wrap on phones (action under the text), "(optional)" is gone (the lede already says so), and the invite field wraps on phones.
Live: neutral glyph tiles, each card is one link with an instant hover, no trailing periods on titles, Back sits beside "Go to Acme" instead of stranded under it.
In the app
Top bar checklist: open steps are an empty ring instead of numbered circles, done steps get the green tick the quick start uses, and the header, icon tile, countdown and pointer are neutral. The progress meter is the panel's one amber.
Overview setup card: neutral borders, "Listening for your first trace" with a status dot, "First trace received" without the rocket.
Lab
/lab/onboarding?step=org and ?step=region show the create-org and region screens (nothing is created or saved).
New /lab/onboarding-checklist shows the pill with its pointer and the panel in progress, claimable and claimed, over fixtures.
Verification
bun run typecheck (web + e2e) clean.
vitest run src/page/onboarding src/page/overview src/shell src/lib/onboarding src/lab: 44 files, 285 tests pass (scene tests updated for the new headings and copy).
oxlint -c .oxlintrc.effect.json on the changed files: no errors.
A review pass caught a maple(instant-state) lint error and a create-org error that was no longer announced; both fixed (the error is now role="alert").

topbar checklist loses its numbered circles and most of its amber; the overview
setup card drops the rocket. New /lab/onboarding steps (org, region) and
/lab/onboarding-checklist show every state without an API.
Hover states on the live step's cards and the checklist ring are instant again
(instant-state), the create-org error is a role=alert so it is announced, and
the start cards carry a short accessible name.
