Make enabling credential vending an optional step in the GCP permissions setup, and give the connection step two tabs, one for catalog-vended storage credentials and one for the service account reaching the bucket directly. Split the BigLake connection example in two to match. `ACCESS DELEGATION` with `GCP CONNECTION` is accepted, so correct the `CREATE CONNECTION` reference, which said otherwise. Small update to the biglake iceberg sink docs to explain how to enable vended credentials. Uses a link to GCP docs on enabling it from the catalog side, and some updates to the syntax and example ymls.
