Registers JERT Utility Token (JERT) on Arbitrum One (42161) at contract 0x6eBe6b6e7E49ad8d09142DBE0964D034F8774f16.

Adds the standard ERC-20 metadata entry (name, symbol, 18 decimals, logo path) and a new 32×32 SVG logo asset so wallets and token lists can display JERT correctly on Arbitrum.
