cq-viewer 1.2.1 — packaging-only update, no runtime behaviour change.

Changes

• icon.png: new icon (black rounded square, white "CAD"), 256×256 → 512×512.
• plugin.json exampleQueries: trimmed from five to three (open the viewer, open a STEP assembly, read annotations and edit the model). The removed two were "design a bracket with CadQuery and open it" and "add this project folder to CadQuery Viewer".
• Version 1.2.0 → 1.2.1 in plugin.json, host-bridge.js APP_INFO, mcp.mjs SERVER_INFO, and both READMEs (tests check these stay equal).

Checks

• npm run check: plugins/hanzijie/cq-viewer: OK, repository: OK; 69/69 tests pass.
• node --test plugins/hanzijie/cq-viewer/tests/*.test.mjs: 19/19 pass.
