Purpose

Records the completed architecture/quality/health audit and opens the working list for the refactoring series that follows from it.

• docs/UNOSIM_TECHNICAL_ARCHITECTURE_HEALTH_REVIEW.md – non-normative analysis at 54cc2950 (after fix(tutor): continue EXPAND after an answer the planner cannot resolve #154–docs(tutor-quality): record the conformance audit and no known deviations #158). Findings are tagged [Code], [plausibel], [gemessen], [Hypothese]. Content is unchanged from the audit; only link paths were made relative to docs/ so check:docs resolves them.
• docs/UNOSIM_REFACTORING_OPL.md – non-normative open-points list (R1–R10, S1–S4, A1–A7, P1, T1–T5, product decisions D1–D5 as BLOCKED_DECISION). Updated after every PR of the series.

Note on the file name

Older plans (UNOSIM_TUTOR_SIMPLIFICATION_PLAN.md and others) reference a review of the same file name from 2026-09-29 that was never committed. The new file says so in its header; it does not claim to be that earlier document. A local untracked copy of the old review in a maintainer checkout will block git pull at that path until it is moved.

Verification

• npm run check:docs passed (57 Markdown files), git diff --check clean.
• pre-commit (npm run check) and pre-push (unit 2670 passed, Sonar quality gate PASSED) passed.

No code, test, SSOT or workflow change.
