When a historical evaluation references an agent missing from the published catalog, the list shows its numeric ID. The list API now resolves the name from the latest stored version in the same tenant. It prefers the display name and falls back to the internal name. The UI still shows the ID when no name is available.
The regression tests cover name resolution, tenant isolation, filtering, and pagination. The browser case also checks that the name stays visible after reloading with an empty published-agent catalog.
