Summary
Replace the unavailable Homebrew Wine cask instructions with manual Wine installation guidance, including XQuartz and the correct XZ archive handling.
Validation
The pinned Wine archive returned HTTP 200 and git diff --check passed. macOS execution remains delegated to project CI or maintainer validation.
