Restores Bun 1.3.14, the exact packageManager contract used by the private estate, across all golden images and bootstrap tooling. Advances immutable aliases to b25/b19 (containers) and b21/b20 (VMs). Keeps the Python dual-runtime fix and all other native stack additions.\n\nVerified: make verify.
