-R/--exclude-regex has been a fully functional CLI option since it was added to parse_and_check_commandline() and the usage() help text, but it was never added to the README's option list.

-R/--exclude-regexhas been a working CLI option since it was added(present in
usage()'s--helpoutput and fully wired up inparse_and_check_commandline()), but it's missing from the README'soption list. This adds the missing entry, matching the wording already
used in the
--helptext.No code changes, README only.
