What changed and why
Move tool/task implementations to Mise while preserving Make wrappers, argv, environment overrides and exit codes. Keep standalone stdlib CI-status and DCO jobs free of tool bootstrap; retain local Mise entry points. Remove assertions that only test Bash or descriptive wording.
Stack position: 11/12. Base:
codex/usersim-draft-pr10-types. Merge in stack order. How it was verified
At this Mise-stage boundary, 164 focused e2e/container/CI/task/DCO tests passed, plus lint, format, type, lock and documentation checks. Independent Astra source review approved all five simplifications.
The latest cleanup used focused checks and independent source review. Earlier full matrix/native/container results retain their original revision; those broad runs and all twelve Arc reviews were not repeated after the cleanup. GitHub CI results are pending.
