Migrate to Maven 3.10 - #2887
Conversation
Additional testing has shown that the fix in NVIDIA#2878 is sufficient to work on Maven 3.10, so this PR upgrades all projects to Maven 3.10 and also upgrades all Java projects (except cuvs-lucene/bench) to the latest versions of the Maven plugins. The cuvs-lucene/bench is going to be addressed as part of NVIDIA#2886. Other changes: - Pin `maven` and `openjdk` in `dependencies.yaml` with range specifiers (`maven>=3.10.0,<3.11.0`, `openjdk>=22,<23`) instead of the `=x.y.*` form, per review feedback on NVIDIA#2878. - Pin `maven-install-plugin` in cuvs-java and pin `maven-compiler-plugin` in the cuvs-lucene `skip.compile` profile, so every module uses an explicit plugin version. - Remove the stale `includePackageNames` parameter from the cuvs-lucene javadoc configuration. The plugin has no such parameter and ignored it, which produced a build warning. - Add `cufile.log` to the root `.gitignore` (written by cuFile when running the examples) and drop the now-redundant entry from `java/.gitignore`. Follow-up to NVIDIA#2878.
